WHEN A SUPPLIER STAYS SILENT
If a supplier ignores our request and both reminders, our team follows up personally with up to 5 suppliers (at most 2 attempts each), plus AED 150 per extra supplier. Offered in your portal, never added automatically. You can also contact the supplier yourself, or finish with the gap reported as a limitation.
AFTER YOUR FIRST PROJECT
Every verification already includes 12 months of free reminders. Monitoring adds a monthly check of your new purchase records — new suppliers, thresholds and unusual payments — with a written assessment by our compliance team. QUESTIONS
By the higher of your number of suppliers (last 12 months) and your number of supplier invoices per year. Suppliers whose invoices are all below AED 10,000 (excluding VAT), and who stay under AED 100,000 over the previous and next 12 months, fall under the low-value exception and do not count. The calculator cannot see that, so if you include them it shows an upper estimate.
Yes. We check your suppliers and purchases from the last 12 months and document what we find. Some checks are meant to happen before a supply — for example meeting a supplier who is an individual (Article 3). Those cannot be completed afterwards: the report records them as gaps instead of presenting them as met. What that means for input VAT already deducted is for you and your tax adviser to decide.
Only if your purchase list turns out larger than your package. You then get a change proposal to approve, or you reduce the scope. Nothing is ever charged automatically.
No. The bank confirmation and public-information review they need are included in every package. We tell you before you order when they are likely.

Online by card. Packages up to AED 6,000 are paid upfront; Business Plus and Enterprise are paid 50% upfront and 50% after the final quality review. Bank transfer is possible for the largest packages.
