Who we are

This website, www.nexthorizonsglobal.com, is run by Next Horizons FZCO, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Questions about this notice or your information: rainier@nexthorizonsglobal.com.

This notice covers the website. Your account in the customer portal — company details, uploaded records, supplier documents and payments — is covered by the portal privacy notice.

Enquiry forms

When you send an enquiry we receive what you enter — your name, company or firm, role, work email, the options you choose and your message — and the page you sent it from. The forms are delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards your enquiry to our business mailbox at Google Workspace and may send you an automatic confirmation.

When you ask for your price estimate by email, your work email, the company name if you give it and the two counts from the calculator go to our portal (hosted in the EU, Germany). The portal emails you the estimate with a link to start, and lets us know so we can follow up once by email. We keep the request with our enquiries.

We use this information only to answer your enquiry and to handle any work that follows from it. We do not sell it or add you to a mailing list. We keep it as long as needed for that purpose and delete it on request, unless we must keep it to meet a legal obligation.

Price calculator and threshold checker

The price calculator and the supplier threshold checker work in your browser. The numbers you type are not sent to us.

One exception: when you click Start my verification after calculating a price, the number of suppliers, the number of invoices a year and the package shown are added to the link into the portal, so you can confirm them after creating your account. The portal keeps these three values in a cookie for up to 30 days. They are counts only, not personal information.

For our statistics we record which package or outcome was shown, never the figures you entered.

Website analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to see how the website is used: pages visited, the referring website, country, device and browser type, and clicks on buttons such as Start my verification. It does not use cookies and we only see totals, not individual visitors.

To see where visitors stop, the website also tells our portal (hosted in the EU, Germany) which steps a visit reaches — for example that the page was opened, stayed open for 15 seconds or was scrolled halfway, Check my price was tapped, a price was calculated (with the package name), or Start my verification was clicked — together with the campaign codes of the link you arrived through and the page. Steps of one visit are linked by a random number that exists only in that browser tab and disappears when you close it. This uses no cookies and never includes the figures you enter, your email address or anything you type; we only look at totals.

Only if you choose Accept in the cookie banner, we also load the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland). It places Meta’s advertising cookies (_fbp, and _fbc when you arrive from a Meta ad) so we can see which of our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to visits and sign-ups. We send Meta the pages you visit and a few named steps — for example that a price was calculated (with the package name), that an estimate was requested by email, or that you clicked WhatsApp or Start my verification. We never send the figures you enter, your email address, invoices or supplier details, and automatic event detection is switched off. Your choice is shared with our portal and kept for six months; change it at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

How you found us

On the first page of your visit we note the campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source), the referring website or search engine and the page you landed on. This is kept in your browser's session storage until you close the tab and is added to links into the portal, so we can see which channels lead to sign-ups. It contains no personal information.

Service providers

Vercel hosts the website and provides the analytics; like any web host it processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. FormSubmit delivers the enquiry forms and Google Workspace hosts our email. These providers may process information outside the United Arab Emirates. We share information with them only as needed to run the website and answer you.

Links to other services, such as WhatsApp for a chat with us, LinkedIn, or Calendly for booking a call, take you to those services; their own privacy notices apply there. If you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number, profile name and messages and use them only to answer you.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing rainier@nexthorizonsglobal.com.

Changes

We update this notice when the website changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
